Mother's Day Picnic

For Mother's Day this year, I ventured to my favourite shops in Oakville to create a beautiful and delicious picnic. I bought local cheeses at The Farmhouse Artisan Cheese Shop, smoked salmon and other goodies from Whole Foods and Serpolet Rosé. It was a perfect spring celebration for my amazing mum! 

I made this simple and fresh dish: Radish, Goat Cheese and Arugula Toast 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 bunch of washed radish bunches, sliced very thinly
  • Fresh baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of goat cheese
  • A handful of arugula 

Directions:

  1. Spread goat cheese on the bread and top with radishes and arugula!
