Roasted Peach BBQ Sauce

I love a good finger-licking barbecue sauce and try to skip most processed versions. What's better than utilizing whats growing in our own backyard to configure a tasty combination of flavors. This sauce is a perfect pair with barbecued salmon, pork or chicken. Save a couple jars for the winter months. Makes 4 cups.
